商品の引渡し方法
当方指定の配送業者（国内および国際配送業者を含む）により発送し、追って荷物の追跡番号をお知らせします。
特別の指示がある場合は別途お知らせください。
尚、ご注文時にご指定いただいた配送先情報に基づき発送したにもかかわらず、配送業者の判断により当方へ返送された場合は、再発送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。
お支払い方法
クレジットカード決済(Stripe)、銀行振込（国内振込および国際送金Wise）が選べます。
決済期間

返品・交換に関するポリシー
自己都合による返品
美術品という商品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。
各国の消費者保護法令により返品権が認められる場合に限り、返品を受け付けることがあります。
返品が認められた場合、再梱包および返送にかかる送料、発送時と同条件の輸送保険料、ならびに日本への再輸入時に発生する関税・諸税は、
お客様のご負担となります。
返金時期
返送された商品が当方に到着し、検品の結果、発送時と同一のコンディションであることが確認された後、10営業日以内に商品代金を返金いたします。
なお、商品代金以外の費用は返金の対象外となります。
破損・誤送による返品
万が一、到着した商品が破損していた場合、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、
商品到着後48時間以内に、写真等を添えて当方へご連絡ください。
その際の返送にかかる送料、輸送保険料、ならびに日本への再輸入時に発生する関税・諸税は、当方が負担いたします。
対応について
返送された商品が当方に到着後、検品を行い、修復、交換、または全額返金等の対応について協議のうえ決定いたします。

After an order is received, the condition of the artwork will be confirmed, and an estimate will be prepared based on the delivery destination.
The final billing amount will be determined accordingly.
Prices displayed for customers within Japan are tax-inclusive.
Additional Fees
The following fees may apply in addition to the artwork price:
- Shipping and transportation insurance fees
- Customs duties, VAT, and other applicable taxes (for international shipping)
- Bank transfer fees (if bank transfer is selected)
- Other fees individually notified depending on the transaction details
Due to the nature of fine art shipping, these costs are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are requested to retain receipts and related documents in case of damage or other issues.
Delivery Time
After confirmation of full payment, artworks are typically shipped within 7 to 10 business days.
Depending on the nature of the artwork and the delivery destination, shipping may require additional time.
The estimated delivery schedule will be communicated individually.
Method of Delivery
Artworks will be shipped via carriers designated by us, including domestic and international shipping companies.
A tracking number will be provided after shipment.
If special delivery instructions are required, please notify us in advance.
If an item is returned to us by the carrier despite being shipped in accordance with the delivery information provided by the customer,
any costs associated with reshipment shall be borne by the customer.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card payment (via Stripe)
- Bank transfer (domestic transfer and international transfer via Wise)
Payment Deadline
For both credit card payments and bank transfers, payment must be completed by the deadline specified in the quotation or notification email issued by us
(generally within 5 business days).
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns for Customer Convenience
Due to the nature of artworks, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are generally not accepted.
Returns may be accepted only in cases where the consumer protection laws of the relevant country grant a right of withdrawal.
If a return is approved, the customer shall bear all costs related to:
- Repacking and return shipping
- Transportation insurance equivalent to that used at the time of shipment
- Customs duties and taxes incurred upon re-importation into Japan
Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned artwork arrives at our facility and is confirmed, upon inspection, to be in the same condition as at the time of shipment.
Only the artwork price will be refunded.
Additional fees are non-refundable.
Returns Due to Damage or Incorrect Delivery
If the delivered artwork is damaged or differs from the order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence.
In such cases, return shipping costs, transportation insurance, and customs duties or taxes incurred upon re-importation into Japan will be borne by us.
Resolution Process
After the returned artwork arrives and is inspected, we will consult with the customer to determine the appropriate resolution,
such as repair, replacement, or full refund.
Cooling-Off Period
As these transactions constitute mail-order sales, the cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law
The formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of this agreement and related transactions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute between the customer and us arising from this transaction,
the Niigata District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
